Taking Maggie's hand in his own, Lucien pulled her closer. The very nature of the act of drinking from someone was an intimate act no matter how much one tried to make it not so. He caught her eyes a moment as he brushed her hair away from her neck and leaned in. He couldn't help the soft kiss over pulse point, she was simply too beautiful to resist.

A little sting from the bite then her blood was slipping over his tongue while his venom eased into her vein. The euphoria from the venom should be hitting her senses. For his part, his felt as if he'd taken a hit of his own venom. It was if he were human again and was offering up his neck to whatever vampire he sold himself to.

Moaning, he held her closer and savored the few swallows they'd agreed to. Oh but he could lose himself in her all too easily. And had he been a newborn vamp, he wouldn't have had any self control to draw on. But he managed to lift his head away before he gave into the urge to make a glut of himself.

His head swam as he straightened and looked down at her with eyes gone to blazing green, a visual indication that he was drawing on the full force of his vampire nature. Any time he put any of his vampiric talents to use or released the tight hold on his aura, it was evidenced by a bright green luminesce in his eyes. Looking down at her, he could only say, "Simply stunning."

" Lucian.." she spoke out as that euphoria swam along with her. Her body moving closer yet to his, her hand moving to trace lines across the back of his neck. It was quite intimate, that was part of the allure and part of the danger in a human taking on a vampire lover. Normal humans would give themselves to their vampire, so willing to chase the heat of that venom and feeling so desired.

She was only half human though which gave her an upper hand to the spell, not that the venom's effect wasn't delicious on it's self. Because it was, it was totally. When he pulled back and she got a good look at that glow, the idea that it was her that helped to light him up like that she did lean forward and took his lips with a kiss. Just a few more minutes of this high, she'd be happy with extending it that much.

Her fingers felt like traces of flame on his skin. The scent of her skin, the feel of her so close to him. The taste of her lips and the feel of them on his. All of it while her blood sang in his veins and there was no way he would not return her kiss. Truth be told, he was tempted to forget the reason he was here and find other ways to chase her nightmares away.

"Fuck! he cursed to himself. No, his discipline and manners were better than this. "Sweet lady, I would be more than pleased to explore this attraction further with you. But I think we should continue on with the reason for my visit."

Lucien meant to remain here tonight on the chance, however slim, that the suggestion did not take. Few were immune to verbal commands but if anyone might be, it could very well be a flame-haired lady with magic in her blood.

Maggie reeled herself in when Luc stopped the impromptu make out. Even if the bite wound had gone, she could still feel that tingle. It was something she liked, a little too much really. She nodded " Yeah, Yeah, time place all that jazz." it also didn't help matters that he was smoking fucking hot to boot.

The whole experience was like that of a recovering addict getting a little taste of their favored poison. The old familiar high of it, the urge to ask for more. She wouldn't because she knew this wasn't a once time deal.

She gave herself a little space so that she wouldn't climb him like a jungle gym and swing from every bar she could find. The part of her that wasn't a horny sex monster knew this wasn't the time. " So, how does the next part work?" she asked looking to him.

"The next part is remarkable easy," Luc answered with a smile. With both hands he brushed her hair back from her face. The longer he looked at her the more stunning he found her. It went beyond the lure of her blood. He suspected there depths and facets to Maggie that would make her even more enticing, if such a thing were even possible.

"Look into my eyes," he said in a bad imitation of every B-list horror movie then couldn't hold back the laugh. "Seriously, just hold my gaze." His eyes, still lit green, held hers as he spoke with will and intent. "When you sleep, it will be peaceful and restful. You will not be bothered by your dreams. Should you wake from them, you will be able to fall back to sleep should you wish to."

Satisfied that he'd covered all the bases, Luc let the light clear from his eyes till she was met with his usual blue color. "All done. If it's alright, I can remain here to ensure the command took. I've never tried this with a person of magic so you might have an immunity that I'm not familiar with."

With Maggie things could get pretty intense pretty quickly, that was just how she rolled. Part of her living as loudly as she could she supposed. as he smoothed her hair back with his hands she looked to him with one of the warmest smiles. No denying there was a draw there, she knew that even with this whole thing being in it's infancy. There was a laugh and her very lightly whacking him in the arm as he dropped the cheesy line.
" Okay." she said halting the laughing and doing as he said. Though she knew he was trying his hand at helping her, she did find her mind wondering about him. More than what he would look like tangled in her bed sheets by light of candle too. Just where did he come from? Could he handle sunlight at all? Did he have a favorite scent? Or color?

Before she wondered to far it was done, she nodded and smiled. " Of course, though you will need to be careful. I can get pretty lively and a little dangerous when I am stuck in one of those dreams and can't wake up."

Her laughter brought a grin, a cocky little tilt to his head. "I will consider myself forewarned and thus forearmed," he answered as he brushed a strand of hair back. He knew from experience that human eyes could not see the richness of subtle detail the way vampires could and her hair neared jewel tones to his eyes. "With luck, the command will allow your mind to move through the dreams without the usual violent responses.

"That being said, would you like to try to sleep?" He was quite happy to be at her disposal in this. Sleep wasn't entirely a necessity for him so keeping watch as it were wouldn't be a hardship. "I can remain out here if you prefer." His grin took on a hint of wickedness as he leaned closer to speak softly near her ear. "Or I can retire to bed with you so that I am close at hand should you need me."

Her vision was only marginally sharper than that of a normal humans, but if he had told her what he seen that would be something. " Fingers crossed." she said looking to him. " If I do get out of control, don't be afraid to hurt me if you have to."

She brought her hand up to the side of his face. Oh she could definitely show him just how close at hand she could get. He's a tasty looking snack after all. " I was lucky enough to get a western bed, it would be a shame to not have you share it." she gave him a little smirk. " for the sake of keeping you close." moving her hand to rest on his thigh a moment before shifting to his knee.

"My beautiful Maggie," he said softly. "I will make sure you come to no harm tonight." And he meant that. Unless she started employing magic in her sleep, he felt confident he could restrain her until the turmoil passed.

Taking the hand resting on his leg, Lucien brought it to his lips, keeping his eyes locked to hers. "It would be a shame indeed," he agreed. He gave her a little wink then scooped her up in his arms and stood in one fluid movement. A little shift and he had her legs wrapped around his waist, his hands cupping her perfect ass. "Is this close enough?" he whispered against her ear.

This whole experience was really something else. It was surreal but also very grounded at the same time. There was something that was quite unusual about the attraction she felt for Lucien, something that told her mind of promises of really hot sex and being treated like a box of gold. That would be new for her.

Oh, the way he lifted her up, that was just delightful. Even with her small stature it was not really often people would man handle her like that. She locked her legs at the ankles around his hips and brought her arms around his neck. She leaned her head in her lips brushing along the shell of his ear. " we're definitely getting there." spoken softly before she nipped his ear lobe

Lucien all but purred in utter delight. She was soft and warm in all the right places but lithe and strong where it counted. She was a delicious little paradox and Lucien was enthralled.

With one hand under her ass to hold her to him, his other burrowed in the red strands and tugged a little. "And now?" he asked, his steps taking them to the bed. His lips trailed a line of kisses along her jaw, nibbling playfully when he got to her neck, nuzzling the spot just behind her ear, drowning in the fragrance of her skin.

Finding the edge of the bed, Lucien sat, keeping Maggie in his arms and settled on his lap. "Is this closer still?"

Speaking of Maggie being strong those legs of hers pulled him in closer to her. She wasn't worried about things that humans should be worried about when they were this close to a vampire. In fact those little nibbles just seemed to encourage her. That little pull at her hair? It drew the most sensual little grin from her lips.

Maggie didn't have much on in the sense of clothing just underwear and her tee shirt she slept in most nights, but Lucien did. Once they were sat upon the bed her hand slipped down tugging the hem of his shirt upward. " I think we could get closer." she said running her hand up his abs.

Lucien allowed his actions to speak for him. He let go of her long enough to tug the shirt up and off. He would quite eagerly give her all the skin she wished to touch, nearly shivering in pleasure as she explored. His own fingers slipped under her shirt to trace up the line of her back.

Ah, she was silk and lithe strength and he loved the feel of her under his hands. The desire to see all of her nagged at him but pushed it aside. There was no need to rush through to a hasty end.

"Is this what you had in mind?" He asked the question with a grin between one teasing kiss and another.

Touch was such an interesting thing, once she was able to fully touch his bare skin she seemed to be elated. An impish little grin across her face as her hands traveled along his chest up his shoulders. " This is just what the doctor ordered."

She leaned down lightly nipping at his jaw bone. Fair was fair with the kisses he'd placed upon her skin before placing a heated kiss to his lips, one that included her gently biting his lower lip between her teeth.
